Is open the registration of SMEs to attend the training on career management and workers’ entrepreneurial skills taking place in Portugal, Greece, and Cyprus!
It is a 30-hour capacity-building course for managers, human resources managers and consultants from SMEs. The programme has 5 modules:
Partners are preparing three editions to take place in Portugal, Greece, and Cyprus from May to July 2022.
The training combines lectures with the implementation of strategies at the workplace, based on the four main products of the project:
- Career Guidance and Learning in SMEs ? by drafting and preparing the integration of a strategy for employees’ career guidance
- Framework for Learning at the Workplace ? by analyzing companies’ practices related to the promotion of employees’ learning at the workplace
- Entrepreneurial self-assessment tool ? using a questionnaire to assess the level of proficiency of employees’ entrepreneurial skills
- Handbook for Entrepreneurial Skilled Employees ? by providing opportunities with the strengthen employees’ entrepreneurial skills at the workplace
Along with the training, participants will be able to:
- know and understand the theory behind career guidance and learning at the workplace
- guide representatives from SMEs preparing their action to integrate the tools
- assess the setting for the implementation and check the impact of the tools in their companies
