This programme was structured to capacitate professionals and trainers from SMEs to integrate career management processes and the development of entrepreneurial skills of its employees, in the internal policy of human resources management.

The programme is structured in 25 hours, distributed throughout 4 modules covering the three key themes approached in the project  and it aims at preparing representatives from SMEs to use and integrate the GrowINg resources and tools in their companies:
