A new capacitation programme addressed to SMEs will be promoted in Portugal, Greece and Cyprus
The GrowINg partnership, announced today the launch of a capacitation programme addressed to managers, human resources managers and consultants from SMEs. It is a 30h training of four modules to support representatives from SMEs to reflect and prepare an action plan to introduce innovation in human resources management.
The programme combines in-class training with the practical implementation of innovative practices in participant companies related to:
- Employees’ career guidance
- Strengthening of the learning existent in companies
- Employees’ entrepreneurial skills assessment and development
Companies willing to generate innovation in their human resources management practices will know, explore and test different practices, resources and tools. The companies attending the programme will have access to all the materials, including an online questionnaire to assess employees’ entrepreneurial tools, without costs.
The training and the implementation of the tools in companies will take place in Portugal, Greece and Cyprus between March and June 2022. The companies interested in benefiting from the capacitation programme and leaving a mark on innovation in companies can contact the organisations of their countries responsible for the training.
