A 3rd meeting of the national working groups in Portugal, Greece and Cyprus will take place in February!
The objective of this 3rd meeting is to present and give the opportunity to experts and professionals acting in the fields of human resources management, career guidance, adult education and training to know and test first hand two entrepreneurial tools prepared in the scope of the project. So far, partners have conducted successfully 2 meetings with the working groups, in which they explored and detailed discussed the following deliverables of the project “Career Guidance and Learning in SMEs” and “Framework for learning at the Workplace”. The following meeting will focus on the presentation of the 3rd deliverable of the project, the entrepreneurial tools for SMEs, available on the website of the project. Two resources are part of the entrepreneurial tools for SMEs:
- The “Online entrepreneurial skills assessment tool”, which is available here
- The “Handbook for Entrepreneurial skilled employees” is available here.
These meetings will take place within February 2022 in Portugal, Greece, and Cyprus, where partners expect to have 10 experts and professionals in each one to discuss and get feedback from them related to these “Entrepreneurial Tools for SMEs”.
At this stage, the consortium is inviting experts and professionals from the three countries to proceed with their registration to take part in this 3rd meeting and the professionals interested should contact the country managers of the working groups identified above:

This initiative is integrated into the project “GrowINg – SME’s Growth and Innovation through Learning at the Workplace” aiming at promoting the capacity of Small and Medium Enterprises integrating the active process of career management and development of entrepreneurial competences of their workers, in the internal policy of Human Resources Management.
