The GrowINg project took part in the webinar European Synergies in Career Management!
As part of the celebration of the ErasmusDays 2020, the webinar focused on two topics of career management:
- The economy of Longevity – project SASSI Workin On
- Lifelong learning – project GrowINg
The event took place on 16th of October 2020 and engaged 20 representatives from companies, adult education providers and human resources managers. As part of the presentation of the GrowINg, participants had the opportunity of:
- getting to know the project
- deep their knowledge related to the learning in the workplace
- contributing to the discussion on How to integrate the learning in the workplace in the GrowINg approach?
In the end, participants were challenged to see the video and access the final report on Career Guidance and Learning in SMEs. The presentation made is available in Portuguese, here.
