The 1st newsletter of the GrowINg project is now available!
On behalf of the GrowINg consortium, we invite you to read its 1st newsletter and get to know all updates. In this issue “Welcome to GrowINg” we present you the GrowINg initiative and the main activities implemented until now.
Additionally, we provide you access to the first publication released by the partnership: Career Guidance and Learning in SMEs. In this document, we introduce the results of the study held in Portugal, Greece and Cyprus, including:
- career management practices existent in SMEs
- strategies to promote learning in SMEs
The newsletter is available in English, Portuguese and Greek.
