The last deliverable of the project is official finished. The aim of this deliverable is all about the Capacity Building of SMEs, which basically, guides SMEs on the design and development of the training plan and materials, as well as the implementation of the training of managers and/or human resources managers of SMEs. The Capacity building of SMEs is separated on the following deliverables: Capacity Building programme for Entrepreneurial SMEs & White paper: Career Guidance and Capacity Building in SMEs.
During August – October 2022, the GrowINg consortium, organized and launched in a national level (Cyprus, Greece and Portugal), the 4th and last meeting of the working groups, with the aim of evaluating the two deliverables.
At the 4th working group, 25 external stakeholders took part at the meeting, where their feedback was reviewed internally by the partnership for updating the quality of the two deliverables. Among the discussion that was followed during the meetings, some inspirational statements about the two results were shared. Some examples are:
- “The White paper, has a connection link between an important pillow, the one of Career Guidance in SMEs and adult learning at the workplace, which is important in order to understand how one manager can adopt such strategies in a company.”
- “I congratulate the stakeholders on the project and the products. Lifelong Guidance needs instruments and tools to be implemented!”
- “The capacity building programme is a training plan that it is truly addressed to SMEs and it can be integrated easily into a company.”
