During the past few months, working groups for promoting learning in SMEs were settled in Portugal, Cyprus and Greece, engaging experts in human resources management, adult education and career guidance in companies with the consortium partners.
In February we will have the 3rd Working Group to introduce and validate the online entrepreneurial skills assessment tool and the handbook for entrepreneurial skilled employees. The main goal is for the participants to provide feedback for improving the tool (as it is a way of assess competencies) and the handbook (that provides useful insights about how to overcome the weaker points, transforming them in positive aspects).
By using these resources, employees can easily improve their skills, contributing to their professional development.
