This document is a complement to the online self-assessment tool, once it incorporates some guidelines for the definition, implementation and evaluation of initiatives and practices for the assessment and development of employees’ entrepreneurial skills. The handbook will integrate a capacity building plan, activities and other resources to be implemented/used in SMEs, fostering the promotion of employees’ entrepreneurial skills.
