The GrowINg project started on January/2020 and the consortium met for the first time on the 21st and 22nd of January in Matosinhos, Portugal.
Twelve members of the GrowINg team from Mentortec (Portugal), Associação Empresarial de Portugal (Portugal), DOREA (Cyprus), Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (Greece), AKMI (Greece) and Connectis (Italy) discussed the project, defining the next steps, and working programme. The meeting had different interactive moments allowing partner to:
- (Des)Construct project’s key-concepts, including career management, learning at the workplace and lifelong learning
- Define of the strategy for the identification and mobilisation of companies and training providers in the process of data collection
- Participate in a workshop on EntreComp – The Entrepreneurship Competence Framework.
By the end of the meeting, the partnership had defined the activities and the main initiatives to be implemented in the following months.
The project “GrowINg – SME’s Growth and Innovation through Learning at the Workplace” (Project Nº.: 612865-EPP-1-2019-1-PT-EPPKA3-PI-FORWARD) aims at promoting the capacity of Small and Medium Enterprises integrating active process of career management and development of entrepreneurial competences of their workers, in the internal policy of Human Resources Management.
