Welcome to the entrepreneurial self-assessment tool!
This tool can be used by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and by any individual. As such, SMEs will be able to learn more about the entrepreneurial skills of their current or potential future employees guiding them towards the development of the entrepreneurial skills most needed. On the other hand, individuals will be able of knowing the level of proficiency of their own entrepreneurial skills.
As user, either a company or an individual, you will reflect on 45 statements related to the following 10 competencies:
- Spotting opportunities
- Creativity
- Self-awareness and self-efficacy
- Motivation and perseverance
- Mobilising resources
- Financial and economic literacy
- Mobilising others
- Planning and management
- Coping with uncertainty, ambiguity and risk
- Working with others
By answering the questionnaire, companies and individuals will be able to assess the level of proficiency of workers/individuals related to a certain competence from level 1 – basic, level 2 – intermediate, level 3- advanced and level 4- expert. After submitting the questionnaire, companies and individuals will have access to the results of the questionnaire and to some guidelines to improve their level of proficiency, if needed.
This tool is essential to define personal and companies’ strategies, practices and opportunities to promote and/or reinforce the 10 entrepreneurial skills mentioned above.
