Career Guidance and Learning in SMEs is the first publication of the project!
This final report presents the results of the study performed from April to July 2020. In brief, the study had as objectives:
- identify practices of career guidance of workers
- know the strategies of learning in the workplace
- spot the needs of SMEs related to both
Additionally, the consortium tried to perceive the positioning and practices of companies about the promotion of an entrepreneurial mindset in the workplace. Hence, the consortium combined different strategies, engaging representatives of SMEs, adult education providers and human resources managers in the process of collection of information. The document introduces the process and the results of this study, likewise information about:
- an overview related to the learning in the workplace
- recommendations to assure career guidance of workers in companies
- recommendations to assure learning in the workplace for workers
